Deryck Whibley has sold his music catalog to HarbourView Equity Partners. He is the lead singer and writer for the band Sum 41, which has sold over 15 million records worldwide. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
HarbourView Equity Partners launched just nine months ago and have already acquired nearly 40 catalogs, including those of Brad Paisley, Lady A, Hollywood Undead, Dre & Vidal, and Luis Fonsi.
